Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
- Once the order's shipping confirmation email has been sent out it is no longer possible to amend/cancel the order.
- Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please email us using the contact form provided quoting your order number.
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO RETURN THEIR ORDER WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME & IN INPECCABLE CONDITION. ALL RETURNED ITEMS UNDERGO STRICT INSPECTION TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN WORN OR WASHED.
- Items marked down in price (Outlet/'Last Pieces") & Flash or Archive Sale items:
- Purchased without the use of an additional discount or promotion code may be exchanged for a similar item or for online store credit only.
- If purchased with an additional discount or promotion code are a final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit.
- When returning order placed under 'Free Shipping' policy, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount
- Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange (not due to an incorrect or damaged item); however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge. Customer assumes responsibility to make sure the return arrives to our studio.
- Gift cards, jewellery and perfumes are not eligible for return under our refund policy.
- We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks on any of our products.
