At COSSAC, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process to ensure your experience remains smooth and stress-free.
1. Order Cancellations
Once your order confirmation has been sent, we are unable to amend or cancel your order.
2. Returns Eligibility
Full-priced items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Returns must be done within 14 days of receiving your order; this time frame includes notifying and shipping back of the items.
The return must reach us within the established 14 days. Returns sent back outside this time frame will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form with your order number. Return instructions will be emailed to you - these must be followed strictly. We are not responsible for returns sent outside of the instructed process.
3. Item Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
All returns are inspected upon arrival.
Returned items must be in impeccable condition.
4. Sale Items & Discounts
Outlet / ‘Last Pieces’ / Flash Sale / Archive Sale items:
If no additional discount code was used: eligible for exchange or store credit only.
If purchased with an additional discount or promo code: final sale — no returns, exchanges, or store credit.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non - refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
We will ship replacement items free of charge.
You are responsible for ensuring your return reaches our studio safely.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, accessories, and perfumes are not eligible for return.
We do not offer price adjustments or rain checks on any of our products.
